Housing Counseling is designed to augment housing renovation and construction programs that include job training and placement of clients in preparation to purchase homes. This program includes financial counseling and assistance in qualifying for eligibility to buy homes.

CHTC has taken special efforts to serve those participants of public housing residents from job readiness and vocational skills training to homeownership. This thrust follows in the mission of CHTC in that we are committed to creating better communities in which we live by developing the communities and building a community to work an maintain that community.
